What a great experience we've had with ordering and installing our first ever HOROW Smart Bidet
Its the T37 which is the 10 inch rough-in model
All of our upstairs toilet closets have 10 inch rough-ins and we could not find a smart bidet anywhere until we stumbled upon HOROW......GO HOROW!!!!
We installed the T37 yesterday and it was very simple, keep in mind we did need to add an outlet as well as we moved the water pipe slightly to the left for easier connection
So far the unit has been FANTASTIC, the rear and front bidet feature, the dryer and the auto flush are AMAZING
We've owned a 12 inch rough-in high-end TOTO Neorest on our first floor for 6 years now and I can tell you the functionality between the TOTO and HOROW are equal and the HOROW is much less expensive

The remote is very easy to understand and the night light feature on the T37 is super cool
Last evening while my wife and I were watching a show, I paused the show for my wife to use the bathroom and she chose the HOROW for the 1st time........after a longer than normal bathroom break my wife returned and said "wow, the seat is nice and warm and cozy"......my reply was "so thats what took you so long :-) "
If you need a 10 inch rough-in smart bidet than the T37 is the way to go
If you need a 12 inch rough-in smart bidet I would strongly recommend looking at the T38

The Horow Smart Toilet T37 10” rough is truly the best in its class. This toilet is easy to clean and maintain. The buttons are easy to read. All the options are amazing. Programing your options for opening and closing the seat, etc. is not difficult, but should have clear instructions on how to program the toilet for your preference. I highly recommend purchasing this smart toilet. I brought 2 for my household. They are great!!!
I am absolutely thrilled with this smart toilet! It’s incredibly easy to use, and the design is sleek and modern, adding a touch of luxury to our bathroom. One of the standout features is the absence of a traditional tank, which allows our bathtub glass door to open fully, flush against the wall - perfect for our small bathroom space. It’s so convenient!
I was also pleasantly surprised to find that this smart toilet works perfectly with our 10” rough-in, which is rare and usually a big challenge for older homes like ours (ours is 150 years old!). The plumbing integration has been flawless, making the installation process much smoother than expected.

I purchased the horow toilet which is very fancy and has many features which is not common with most toilets. Unfortunately, our plumber stated some issues from our bathroom end and when I reached out to horow customer support for help they were responsive and helped me immediately with my issue.
